Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. We are an a out-of-network provider. By not being participating in insurance we are able to make clinically-informed decisions about care - instead of making decisions based on insurance requirements. We provide a monthly superbill that you to submit to your insurance. Depending on your out-of-network benefit and deductible you are likely to receive a partial or complete reimbursement from your insurance company. It is advised that you contact your insurance provider and ask about reimbursements for the following services:
Individual Psychotherapy: 90834
Couples or Family Therapy with Client Present: 90847
Please note that for those seeking out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance, Wellness and Clarity Connection LLC nor Roshnee Vázquez, PhD guarantee that you will be approved for any amount of reimbursement with the superbill being provided to you upon your request. You can find service fees under the “services” tab.
Insurances generally require that you meet your deductible before they pay out any reimbursements related to your care. Check with your insurance to see if out-of-network costs are factored into your deductible.

Most FSA and HSA plans cover the cost of psychotherapy services. You can submit a claim through your FSA or HSA portal to receive reimbursement for your sessions.
