Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. This allows treatment to be guided by your clinical needs—not insurance restrictions. We provide a monthly superbill for reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may receive partial or full reimbursement.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm out-of-network benefits, deductible requirements, and reimbursement rates. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes. Most FSA and HSA plans cover psychotherapy. You can typically submit sessions for reimbursement through your plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions or late cancellations (i.e., less than 24 hours) are charged the full session fee.
Will I receive a diagnosis?
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, a diagnosis is required for insurance reimbursement. This can be discussed in more detail during our work together.
How long does therapy last?
Treatment length varies based on your goals. Some individuals seek focused, short-term work, while others engage in longer-term therapy. Session frequency and duration are tailored to fit your needs and schedule.
Where are services available?
Psychotherapy is available to individuals located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida at the time of service. Coaching services are available nationwide. Clinical supervision is available for providers in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Is telehealth right for me?
All services are provided virtually. During your consultation, we will determine whether telehealth is an appropriate and effective option for your needs. Many individuals value the flexibility, privacy, and consistency it offers.
What if I am in crisis?
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
